Watch Replay: District 4 Democratic Congressional Candidates Debate Today on KARK

The two candidates vying for the Democratic nomination in the District 4 congressional race debated this afternoon on KARK's Arkansas Today program.

State Sen. Gene Jeffress squared off against Hot Springs Attorney Q. Byrum Hurst in the debate moderated by KARK 4 News Anchor Jessica Dean.

District 4 stretches from Logan and Yell counties in Western Arkansas across the state's southern half to the Louisiana state line.

During the primary, Jeffress received the majority of support but didn't get earn enough votes to avoid a runoff.

The runoff is set for tomorrow. The winner will go on to challenge Republican Tom Cotton.
