Local AM Buzz: Two People Shot in Pulaski County Tuesday Night, Plumes Visible at PB Arsenal Wednesday

Detectives are investigating after two people were shot in Pulaski County.
Authorities tell us the shooting happened at 38th and Frazier Pike around 10:00 PM Tuesday.
One victim ended up at the Kroger on East Roosevelt in Little Rock.
It is unclear whether the victim drove or was dropped off at that location, we are told the injuries are not life-threatening.
We'll have more information as it becomes available.
Plumes Visible at PB Arsenal Wednesday
Residents in Pine Bluff, do not be alarmed today when you see plumes of smoking coming from the arsenal this morning.
Little Rock Air Force Base Explosive Ordnance Disposal personnel will be destroying unused and expired propellant that is stored at the arsenal.
The propellant is used in the manufacturing of ammunition.
Osborne Family Auctions Homes Starting Tuesday
Today, property owned by a Little Rock businessmen and philanthropist, Jennings Osborne will be put up for auction.
Four homes in Little Rock and a fifth in Hot Springs will hit the auction block.
On Friday and Saturday there will be auctions to liquidate Osborne's personal estate and some of his wife, Mitzi's, belongings.
Osborne, who died last July, was known for the huge holiday light displays outside his home that later expanded to the State Capitol and Disney World.
