Toddler Hit By Truck in Pine Bluff

A child is in the hospital following an accident in Pine Bluff this morning.

It happened around 9:45 near the intersection of Bel Air and Belmead.

According to witnesses, the child left a playground and was struck by the truck.

The victim was taken to Jefferson Regional Medical Center, then transferred to Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock.

Pine Bluff investigators are still working to determine if charges will be filed.
