Prosecutor: Use of Deadly Force In Huckabee-Relative Shooting Justified

A prosecutor says authorities in south Arkansas were justified in killing a man they say shot and killed two others.

According to police, Donald Hux killed his ex-wife Amy Huckabee and her current husband, Sandy Huckabee back in January.

Before killing her, Hux took amy hostage from her home in Arkadelphia.

He also took his children and dropped them off with relatives in Union county.

During a shoot-out, police shot and killed Hux.
