Officer Arrested After Undercover Operation Resigns
Today, the Little Rock Police Department is holding a hearing for the officers accused of distributing drug shipments while in uniform.
However a spokesperson for the Department tells us one of the two cops, Randall Robinson has called it quits.
Federal investigators arrested Robinson and Mark Anthony Jones last week after an undercover investigation.
LRPD had already started the process to terminate Jones.
UALR Lending Resources to New Committee on Tech Park Locations
UALR donating resources to help study other possible sites for the proposed Little Rock Technology Park.
Leaders at UALR applauding the creation of a neighborhood housing committee.
The group includes people from the neighborhoods and others protesting the current proposed locations.
Protesters for the park says the current proposed locations would be build on a neighborhood forcing homeowners out of their homes.
Van Buren Co Cleans Up After Storm
Van Buren county starting clean up efforts this morning after a storm blew through the area, causing widespread damage Sunday evening.
The storm initially left 6,000 to 8,000 residents without power around the Shirley area, this morning crews are quickly working to restore the power.
