Two Teens Struck and Killed by Car, Driver Under Arrest

Two teens are dead, and a man is in police custody after a deadly hit-and-run accident in Little Rock Friday afternoon.
It happened at a busy intersection, Roosevelt and Chester around 4:30.
The victims are 15-year old Blake Cooney, and 15-year-old Jimmy Bullock.
Authorities say the alleged driver, 24-year-old Kevin Shelton, is suspected of being on some sort of narcotic, and may have been speeding.
Shelton is charged with two counts of negligent homicide, and felony fleeing.
According to police, Shelton hit the two young men who were walking along Roosevelt.
He then crashed his car, and allegedly tried to get away on foot.
Shelton is being held on $15,000 bond.
