Police: Man Assaults Infant, Wife, Mom Before Stabbing Himself

Sheriffs deputies responded to a home on Lingo Road in Lonoke shortly after midnight and discovered Joseph Rhodes, 22, with a stab wound in his leg.
Initially, he told investigators he accidentally stabbed himself.
After speaking with those in the home, authorities believe Rhodes physically assaulted his wife and mother. They also think Rhodes picked up his child by the neck and tossed it onto a couch.
Police believe Rhodes stabbed himself with a knife that he threatened his wife and mother with.
Rhodes was hospitalized and treated before being taken to jail.
Rhodes was arrested for the offenses of; Domestic battery 2nd degree, Terroristic threatening 1st degree, Aggravated assault on a family member, Endangering the welfare of a minor, False imprisonment 1st degree, Domestic battery 3rd degree, Public intoxication, and Interference with emergency communication.
Rhodes is being held with no bond.
