Local AM Buzz: NLR Standoff Ends Peacefully, Overnight Shooting in SW Little Rock

North Little Rock Police and SWAT team end a standoff peacefully last night.
Just after 8:30 Monday family members called police to 2204 Ozark for a domestic disturbance.
There they found Allen Witcher, 33, inside the house armed with a shotgun. Authorities say Witcher was making threats to family.
After almost three hours negotiators were able to get Witcher from the house without any injuries, he is now charged with aggravated assault.
North Little Rock Police say Witcher has a history of domestic violence having been previously charged on three separate occasions.
Overnight Shooting in SW Little Rock
Overnight, LRPD responded to a shooing in southwest Little Rock. Authorities were called to 11 Yorkton Drive, near Baseline Road around midnight.
Witnesses on the scene say a man was shot in a car and collapsed on the street. That man was then taken to the hospital.
No word on his condition or a suspect at this time.
NWS Adds 10th Tornado to 2012 Tornado Court
The National Weather Service office in Tulsa has added one tornado to 2012's tornado count.
That brings the total for Arkansas this year to 10. The tornado happened March 19th in east Fayetteville.
The twister was rated EF-0 and remained on the ground for about a mile.
The tornado snapped large tree limbs and produced minor damage to homes and a grocery store.
