A Jonesboro woman now charged with capital murder in her husband's death last year has become the fourth person arrested in the case.

Jonesboro Police say Michelle Despain, 33, was taken into custody this afternoon. She will be arraigned tomorrow.

She's accused in the August 24, 2011 killing of Marc Despain. Police found his body after being called to his home on Jenni Cove.

The police investigation soon led to the arrests of Carl Kelly, Terrance Barker and Johnny Hubbard.

Barker pleaded guilty earlier this month to 1st Degree Murder in the case and awaits sentencing. The cases against Kelly and Hubbard have been set for trial in September for their respective roles in the homicide.

Since the arrests in 2011, the Jonesboro Police Department (JPD) says it has continued to investigate the Despain murder and new fingerprint evidence gave them probable cause to arrest Michelle Despain.
