According to the police report, Sherwood officers observed that McRae's vehicle had a malfunctioning brake light and headlight. In addition McRae allegedly crossed the center line.
When officers pulled McRae over he stated he was a Little Rock police officer.
The report goes on to say the arresting officer believed McRae intentionally attempted to sabotage the field sobriety test by not blowing correctly into the mouthpiece.
