More than 1.5 million folding step stools are being recalled because of a fall hazard.
Kennedy International is aware of at least 15 incidents where the stools cracked or broke, causing back and leg injuries.
The stools were sold at Homes Goods, Marshalls, TJ Maxx and other retailers.
