Four And One-Half Cups Sugar
Two Tablespoons Butter
Pinch Of Salt

In a saucepan, over medium heat, combine milk, sugar, butter and salt.
Bring to boiling, stirring constantly.Cook, stirring continuously, for six to seven minutes.
Turn your heat off and mix in your Chocolate and peanut butter chips.
Pour fudge mixture into buttered 9 X 9 inch pan or buttered cookie sheet for smaller pieces
Let cool at room temperature for a few hours or overnight, before cutting into squares.
Store in tin box or other airtight container.
Makes about 5 lbs of fudge.

TIP: Do not be afraid to add extra chocolate or peanut butter chips if it does not look like your fudge is thick enough.

TIP: Don't be afraid to experiment. You can use Semi Sweet Chips instead of Milk Chocolate. You can use more peanut butter chips or eliminate the peanut butter chips and use another bag of chocolate chips etc.
