Updated: May 8, 2012

A Little Rock man who spent a month in jail after his identity was stolen makes his way back home and to work this week.

Friday we spoke with the wife of Deldrick Withers.

Withers was locked up on warrants for passing bad checks all over the south, but turns out, it was thieves writing those checks.

Now he's back in Little Rock, but still trying to prove he's innocent, in Louisiana.
