Shots Ringing Out During Crowded Time At River Market

Shots ran out in the Rivermarket Friday night. One man is hospitalized and the suspect is still on the loose.

According to Little Rock Police, the victim said he was standing outside the Peabody Hotel just after 1:30 AM when the shooting started, but that he didn't see the suspect.

As police arrived they saw a large crowd disperse in all directions, some on foot, some in vehicles.

They recovered up to ten shell casings at the scene.

At least three cars were shot during the incident, one of them had a window blown out.

According to police, the victim is going to be okay.
