Deadly Rush Hour Shooting in Van Buren

A rest stop shooting in Crawford County brings rush hour traffic to a halt.

Van Buren police say a state worker was shot and killed around 6 this morning at an Interstate 40 rest area. Police say they do have a suspect in custody

Five to ten people were at the reststop at the time of the shooting.

The rest stop was shut down for almost three hours while investigators worked the scene.
