John Edwards Trial Continues Today
The criminal trial of former presidential candidate John Edwards continues today.
Edwards will be back in federal court in Greensboro, North Carolina facing six criminal counts of campaign finance violations.
Last week, Edwards' former aide Andrew Young took the witness stand and testified that he felt in danger during a 2008 meeting on a back road where he asked Edwards to tell the truth about his mistress, Rielle Hunter.
Today Young's wife is expected to testify about the significant money trail in the case.
If convicted Edwards faces up to 30 years in prison.
New Building Takes Tallest honor in NYC
New York City may have a new tallest building today.
One World Trade Center, being built at Ground Zero, could surpass the Empire State Building as the tallest building in New York City as soon as today.
The Empire State Building, built in 1931, was the city's tallest at a height of 1,545 feet to the tip of its broadcast antenna until 1972 when it was overtaken by the World Trade Center Towers.
