UPDATE: Arch Street Closed After Car Hits Home, Sparks Fire

A car left the road at 7723 Arch Street in Little Rock and struck a house around 9:00 Saturday night, catching the home on fire.

We are told the home and the car are both total losses.

No one was injured. A dog, however, died in the fire.

Arch Street is closed as of 10:00 p.m. while crews continue to work the scene.

No word on what caused the driver to crash into the home.

We'll update you on this as soon as we have more information.
