Texarkana Bridge Renamed For Fallen Soldiers

The State Line Avenue Bridge in Texarkana will now be known as the Kyle Brandon Stout and Zainah Creamer Memorial Bridge.
Both soldiers died while supporting Operation: Enduring Freedom.
Before the name could be changed, the decision had to be approved by, city, county, and highway departments in Arkansas and Texas.
