Well, you don't have to look too far according to livability. com, Rogers arkansas is named one of the top 10 cities for just such a vacation.
The website cites Rogers' location near two major state parks - Beaver Lake and Hobbs State Park as a major plus.
Rogers is also very close to Bentonville's Crystal Bridges museum of Art and Springdale's northwest Arkansas naturals -- an affliate of the kansas city royals - a major draw to it's location.
