Update (2:25 p.m. Wednesday):

Reports from the scene that the boys have been found safe.

They were found just before 2:30 this afternoon on Lick Creek in the town of Black Springs, just west of Norman.

Original Story (12:00 p.m. Wednesday):

A search is underway for two missing boys in the Norman area of Montgomery County near the Caddo River.

The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) identifies them as Chris Bour, 10, and Austin Swanger, 14.

Bour is 4'2 50-55 pounds with blonde-brownish hair. He's believed to be wearing camouflage pants.

Swanger is 5'9 to 5'11, 155 pounds with brown hair. He was wearing black military-style boots and had a tan and green backpack filled with camping supplies and food.

The MCSO says the boys were last seen around 10 o'clock last night before telling friends they might go camping.

Deputies are searching the Ouachita National Forest both on the ground and with a helicopter.

If anyone has any information about the boys, call the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office at (870) 867-3151.
