A grand jury will not be hearing evidence in the Trayvon Martin investigation.
Special Prosecutor Angela Corey announced Monday that she will not bring the case before a grand jury.
Since no grand jury will be involved, it will now be entirely up to Corey to determine if George Zimmerman is charged with any crime.
Zimmerman says he shot 17-year-old Martin, who was unarmed, in self-defense.
Air Race Safety Report Released
A federal report on a deadly air race crash is to be released.
The pilot and ten people on the ground were killed when a plane crashed into a crowd of spectators at the Reno championship air races last year.
The National Transportation Safety Board will release an investigative update, as well as safety recommendations, in Reno today.
Tax Deadline, One Week from Today
One week from today is the deadline for filing your federal tax return.
Most people know the usual tax deadline each year is April 15th.
This year we get two extra days to send in our federal returns, whether you do it online or by mail.
Because the 15th falls on a Sunday and the 16th is a local holiday in Washington, D.C. this year's deadline is one week from today, April 17th.
