Original Story:
The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office (PCSO) is looking for a man after a beating and shooting Monday evening.
The incident occurred just before 9 p.m. in the 2000 block of Dean Martin just outside Cabot.
When deputies arrived, they found Matt Sitzmann, 29, with blood on his head, face, hands and arms. His injuries did not appear to be life-threatening, the PCSO said.
According to the incident report, Sitzmann had walked from the scene to his home a few houses away on Dean Martin Drive.
The PCSO says Sitzmann gave deputies the name of a 21-year-old man who he said beat and shot him.
Sitzmann also told deputies that man took his vehicle and drove off after the incident.
Law enforcement is currently searching for the suspect and Sitzmann's vehicle.
