Pine Bluff Police Make Arrest in Latest Murder

Devan Ward was found dead at eight this morning on West 26th Avenue.
A passerby had reported the car parked in the middle of the street.
Ward was found in the passenger seat with a gunshot wound to the upper body.
He was pronounced dead at Jefferson Regional Medical Center.
The motive is still under investigation.
