Arkansas State University Receives $1 Million

A foundation is giving Arkansas State
University one million dollars to establish a chair in
agricultural biotechnology.
The money is from Mike Gibson of Osceola and is being given
through the Judd Hill Foundation. Gibson is the foundations
trustee.
The gift provides the school with its third endowed chair and
its second from the foundation, which also funds a chair in
environmental biology.
The money will be paid out over ten years.
