Partial Contract For PCSSD

Theres some progress in avoiding a teachers strike for Pulaski County School District.
But even with some progress, the meetings still continue between the School District and its teachers union.
Theres a partial agreement Friday night among the district, teachers and support staff.
The full contract deal hasnt been reached yet.
All the sides in this debate began signing off on a work agreement.
No one will say exactly what still needs to be decided, only describing the unresolved issues as a list, and that that list relates mostly to the Pulaski Association of Support Staff.
Both sides say there is no minor issue in these negotiations.
Every point is major, but it does look like this districts kids and the employees who help them learn will be at school together Monday.
