Updated: March 27, 2012

The University of Arkansas softball team, now 18-12 overall, hosts Tulsa on Wednesday at 4 p.m. at Bogle Park for a mid-week, single non-conference game.
The Razorbacks are led by the combo of freshman Devon Wallace and sophomore Clarisa Navarro. Both are batting above .300 with Wallace averaging .363 and Navarro .360. Wallace is currently ranked second in the NCAA for walks and 13th in on-base percentage. Navarro led the team at the plate in the series against No. 4 Florida batting .500 on the weekend.
The Golden Hurricane of Tulsa has an overall record of 22-6 and a Conference USA record of 8-1 for its 2012 campaign thus far. Tulsa is coming off a three-game series sweep over conference opponent Southern Mississippi.
This will be the 20th matchup between the two programs with Arkansas leading the series 10-9. The last games played between the Razorbacks and the Golden Hurricane were a doubleheader at Tulsa in 2010 with the teams splitting, each taking a win.
"This is going to be a tough mid-week matchup for us," said head coach Mike Larabee. "Tulsa has an outstanding program and we are going have to come out strong to get the win."
Arkansas is scheduled to travel to Tulsa on April 25 to play a second game with the Golden Hurricanes.
