"Desperate Housewives" Lawsuit Ends In Mistrial

By: NBC News
Updated: March 20, 2012
A judge in Los Angeles has declared a mistrial after the jury failed to reach a verdict in the "Desperate Housewives" trial.

Actress Nicollette Sheridan left the Los Angeles Superior Court without commenting on the mistrial. She was asking for $6 million in her wrongful termination suit against ABC, Touchstone and "Desperate Housewives" creator Marc Cherry.

The two sides agreed to a conference on April 13 to set a date for a new trial.
