There are traffic delays on two stretches of freeway in Central Arkansas this morning.

In North Little Rock just before 10 o'clock, Arkansas State Police troopers were called in when a large amount of broken glass was strewn across all three westbound lanes of Interstate 30.

The exact location is right before the I-30/I-40 split.

Traffic was backed up in the area and moving at a crawl.

Meanwhile, along eastbound Interstate 40 between Carlisle and Hazen, an overturned truck shutdown both lanes about four miles outside of Carlisle, but traffic was flowing again by 10:25.
