Your next trip to the River Market will be more expensive as soon, you will have to pay to park.

The convention and visitors bureau tells KARK eight "Pay and Stay" stations will be installed downtown.

How does it work?  You'll park, pay for the time you'll stay, and the machine will give you a parking voucher to put on the dash of your car.

The convention and visitors bureau will spend fifty seven thousand dollars to install the units, which will be paid for by the revenue they bring in.
