Judge Orders Florida Man to Take Wife to Dinner, Bowling

By: Newsroom Solutions
Updated: February 8, 2012
A Florida judge is ordering a Plantation man to make up to his wife after he forgot her birthday.

The sentence: dinner at Red Lobster, followed by bowling.

Joseph Bray was arrested on a domestic violence charge in Fort Lauderdale, but Judge Jay Hurley released him without bond, saying the incident was minor and the judge felt the unconventional punishment was appropriate considering both sides were looking to reconcile and start counseling.

Bray's wife said Red Lobster is their favorite seafood place and that she enjoys a night of bowling.

Comments

This judge better pray Joseph Bray doe snot esculate and hurt her or he is going to have a lot of questions to answer.
