Stocks Soar on Wall Street

Things are looking way up for the stock market.
At the closing bell on Wall Street, the Dow added 484 points to close at 12-040.
The Nasdaq rose by 105 points, and the S&P 500 closed 52 points higher.
Investors were cheered by the Federal Reserve's cooperation with other international banks to reduce the cost of temporary dollar loans.
