Arkansas Guard Ready to Patrol Border

In his speech Monday night, President Bush mapped out his plan to seal the border to Mexico. To effectively stop the flooding of immigrants the President says he would need the help of the Army National Guard. "It is important for Americans to know that we have enough Guard forces to win the war on terror, respond to natural disasters, and help secure our border," President Bush says.
