Searcy Emergency Room To Close

The emergency department at White County Medical Center South, located at 1200 South Main Street in Searcy, will be closing at midnight on January 31 as part of the merging process that has been occurring since WCMC purchased Central Arkansas Hospital on November 1, 2005. Beginning February 1, all emergency services will be located on the WCMC North campus located at 3214 E. Race Street.
