Massachusetts Town Pushes Back Halloween

By: Newsroom Solutions
Updated: October 31, 2011
Trick-or-treaters in one Massachusetts town may not be able to get their candy until later this week.

The city of Worcester is asking the community to celebrate Halloween on Thursday instead of today.

The city says warmer weather is expected in the afternoon so trick-or-treating should be more fun.

Plus, the extra days will give crews time to clean up all the snow and debris leftover from this weekend's Fall snowstorm.
