Sure, there's the typical corn dogs, hot dogs, hamburgers and pizza, but you'll also find gyros, pork chop dinners, and something called a "Hot Beef Sundae."
The concession stand owners know potential customers will ask, "What's a Hot Beef Sundae?," so they have a sign out front that bears this answer:
"Golden mashed potatoes covered with a generous portion of our roasted and seasoned to perfection top round beef, then aged cheddar cheese, more golden mashed potatoes, smothered with our special beef gravy, more aged cheddar cheese, a slice of buttered toast and a cherry tomato on top."
Calling it a roast beef dinner in a bowl, another sign reads "a delightfully satisfying meal that you will crave time after time, year after year."
Last year, the "Hot Beef Sundae" was ranked as one of the Top 10 Most Outrageous State Fair Eats.
