New Pine Bluff emergency radios

A plan to warn people of a disaster at the Pine Bluff Arsenal is almost complete. The new tone alert radio will give warning to people who live in the immediate response zone surrounding the arsenal. About 8,000 new radios have already been delivered to home and businesses to replace the old ones, given out years ago.
