Facing The ER Emergency: Possible Plan From Nevada

As the length of ER waits increases and hospitals struggle to find doctors and nurses to provide care, lawmakers and health care experts are searching for answers. In Nevada, state lawmakers are considering a bill that would put a 30-minute cap on all ER waits. Critics say the plan would be almost impossible to enforce, but others feel a list of the slowest emergency rooms would force hospitals to search for their own solutions.
