Pine Bluff officer John "Dusty" Jones is now off the force and facing two felony charges.
The alleged incident happened shortly after Jones made an arrest. According to police he told a woman she owed him for not going to jail.
The complaint came into the Pine Bluff Police department on Tuesday. A woman said officer Jones came into her work and arrested her on an
outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
Jones transported her to court and then she asked him for a ride back home.
According to a release by the deparment, the victim was handcuffed in the elevator when jones said she owed him for not going to jail.
Once at her home he asked to go to the bathroom where she says he made several advances.
He then allegedly put her back in patrol car and drove her to a secluded area and sexually assaulted her, then took her back to work.
After an investigation Pine Bluff police terminated Jones Friday afternoon. They say there was a blatant disregard for ethics and the law he swore to uphold.
Around the same time, Jones also turned himself in for felony warrants of kidnapping and rape.
He`s worked for Pine Bluff since may of 2003. He previously worked for the Dewitt police and was terminated, Although the reasons are not clear.
