Little Rock called one of the smokiest cities

A men`s magazine says Little Rock is one of the smokiest cities in the nation. Men`s Health magazine graded 101 cities on smoke-free ordinances, number of smokers and lung cancer deaths. Southern cities are some of the smokiest in the country. Little Rock got a grade of D and is ranked 78th. The worst city for smoking... Louisville, Kentucky. The city doing the best, Salt Lake City, Utah.
