People at Conway are upset over the possibility of the city`s largest apartment complex being built in their backyards. The Conway Planning Commission is meeting Tuesday night to discuss rezoning space around the Cadron Valley Country Club. It would allow developers to build a $35 to $40 million apartment complex, called the Links at Cadron Valley. But several neighborhood groups say they are opposed to the idea. The commission meets at 7 p.m in the District Court Building.
