Men Charged In Drag Racing Death

Jefferson County prosecutors filed charges against three men, in connection with a fatal drag race. Maurice Kemp, 26 , Allen Nelson, 43, and Quentin York, 32, were all charged with manslaughter. Police say Kemp hit and killed a Pine Bluff man when he was drag racing near Altheimer last year. York was racing and Nelson was a passenger in one of the cars. If convicted, the men could face up to 10 years in prison.
