Prairie County Meth Lab Bust

Deputies in Prairie County make the biggest meth lab bust in county history. Saturday morning around 10:30 a.m., deputies searched the home of 43-year-old Richard Attaway and his wife, 40-year-old Angela. They say the found more than 800 pounds of materials for making meth and explosives. Deputies arrested Richard and Angela. They were taken to the Prairie County Jail. Their two children, a 14-year-old girl and a 12-year-old boy, are in protective custody. Both Richard and Angela Attaway are facing a number of charges including making meth and explosives and endangering the welfare of their children. If convicted, they could face up to life in prison.
