Red Cross Strapped For Cash

Recent fires and winter weather have left the local chapter of the American Red Cross in desperate need of more money. In just the past three weeks, more than two hundred people lost their homes in house and apartment fires. Red Cross leaders say this season`s tragedies serve as another reminder of why it`s so important to follow fire safety precautions.
