Three people have been killed in traffic crashes related to the winter storm. All three deaths were in the Arkadelphia area. Two people were killed in a crash yesterday afternoon on Interstate 30. This morning, another person died in an I-30 crash. Names of the victims haven`t been released. State police say there are numerous accidents on icy roads throughout the southern two thirds of the state. In central Arkansas, traffic backups are continuing due to stalled cars and jackknifed tractor-trailers. People are advised to stay home if they don`t have to travel.
