The snow may not be here yet, but that isn`t keeping people in Central Arkansas from getting ready for it. The Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department spends three million dollars on road clean up every winter. Crews spent Tuesday loading up on sand and salt. At Home Depot in West Little Rock, customers were doing some loading up of their own, stocking up sand, shovels and ice melt.
