New Orleans Police Investigate Arkansas Man`s Death

Police are investigating the death of a
69-year-old Arkansas man, who was found yesterday in an eastern New
Orleans motel room.
Officers were called to the motel about 8 a-m to investigate a
report of an injured man. When they arrived, they found Irvin
Rector of Hot Springs lying on a bed, bleeding from the head.
Officers found no signs of foul play, and Rector was pronounced
dead at the scene.
An autopsy will be conducted today to determine the exact cause
of death.
