Updated: January 7, 2009
The Clinton Presidential Library has one more grand opening in its future the one tomorrow when the museum opens its doors to the public. Adults will pay seven dollars to enter, and organizers advise allowing four hours to see everything. The museum expects a crush of people in its opening days. The library complex cost 165 million dollars to build all with private money. The archive contains more than 80 million artifacts and documents that were assembled from Clinton`s eight years as president. In the dedication today, Clinton again pledged to open access to scholars earlier than required by law. Visitors to the museum will find 14 alcoves, each centered on a different theme from Clinton`s time in office. The topics range from peace efforts to impeachment.
