Talley enters "not guilty" pleas in Perry County cases

Stephen Allen Talley, who has confessed to having killed three people, entered "not guilty" pleas to two counts of capital murder. Thursday`s hearing was in Perry County District Court. Talley has confessed to the slaying of 19 year old Carson Prince in Little Rock and, in Perry County, to killing 25 year old Christopher Barnes and his girlfriend, 16 year old Barbara Leggitt. Talley kept his head down during the brief court appearance. Relatives of the victims say they are relieved that Talley is in custody but say he needs to be punished.
