Arkansas voters are continuing to turn out in record numbers to cast early voting ballots. In Pulaski County, the state`s largest, early voting totals of 21,585 by noon Monday had surpassed the 21,068 for the entire two-week period in 2000. County clerks around the state say they are seeing a similar pace. The secretary of state`s office won`t have the total number of people who voted early and absentee until after the November second election.
