Former Carlisle Officer forces motorists to perform sex acts

A former Carlisle police officer who pleaded guilty to charges that accused him of forcing male motorists he pulled over to perform sex acts has been sentenced to more than 17 years in prison. 25 year old Alvin Jeremy Hampton pleaded guilty to depriving two men of their civil rights. The victims testified at Tuesday`s sentencing hearing, saying Hampton caused them shame, humiliation and other problems. Hampton apologized in the federal court hearing for the "torment" he caused his victims and his own family.
